Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 18 day of May, 2012, and entered in case No. 10-CA-057887 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PREMIER AMERICAN BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE DOWNTOWN BUILDING, LLC and JOSEPH E. D'JAMOOS are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online foreclosure auction on the 18 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
