NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-063583 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., is the Plaintiff and Alexis Torres, Katherine M. Torres a/k/a Katherine Torres, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 18 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
lots 29 and 30, block 2130, unit 32, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 16, page 1 through 13 of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
