Judgement was awarded on March 26, 2010 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-052497, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC4, is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR C ALLEYENE; SHIRLEY J ALLEYNE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on June 18, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
