LOT 6, BLOCK B, IDLE TIME, UNIT TWO. A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 41 AND 42. PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. THIS IS NOT THE HOMESTEAD PROPERTY OF THE GRANTORS NOR CONTIGUOUS TO ANY OTHER PROPERTY OWNED BY THE GRANTORS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
