STEVENSON A/K/A MARK RICHARD STEVENSON A/K/A MARK STEVENSON; CYNTHIA L. REINHARDT A/K/A CYNTHIA REINHARDT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CYNTHIA L. REINHARDT A/K/A CYNTHIA REINHARDT; PROMENADE AT THE FORUM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on June 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 89, OF THE PROMENADE WEST AT THE FORUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2005000130382, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
