NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed May 18, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-055330 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSAB MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2006-3, CSAB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and ROY W.
