NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 7, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-019078 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-FXD2 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-FXD2, Plaintiff and Melissa M. Steigerwald a/k/a Melissa M. Stiegerwald are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on July 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 98, THE PRESERVE AT CYPRESS LAKES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGES 97-102, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
