NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 10, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-004245-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-8, Plaintiff and Valdet Gjeloshi and Ismet Gjeloshi are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on August 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 58, SIRMONS ORANGE BLOSSOM HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
