NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2010, entered in Case No. 08 14272 CI 7 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and Jeannine M. Weiderman; Robert Weiderman; et al., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on June 12, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK A, LAKESIDE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT, THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
