YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, REGENCY HEIGHTS CO-OP, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit/Lot No. 167 of REGENCY HEIGHTS CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the ”Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 11950, Page 1183, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement. With the following street address: 2550 S.R. 580, Lot 167, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
And the mobile home situated on above lot described as follows: 1972 RITZ with Identification #1301742172A and #1301742172B. And the Membership Certificate #167.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before June 25, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
