YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 67, OF BLUE JAY MOBILE HOME ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4493, PAGE 508 THROUGH 582, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 78 THROUGH 82, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
THIS ALSO INCLUDES A MOBILE HOME SITUATED THEREON ID#S 3C6313A & B.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28163 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 207, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Gulf Coast Business Review.
