Condominium Unit No. 312, GATEWAY BY THE BAY CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5173, Page 1734 through 1786, inclusive, and Condominium Plat Book 49, Pages 119 through 124, inclusive both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
