NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1st, 2012, and entered in Case No.52-2008-CA-012952 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee For ABFC 2007-WMC1 Trust, is Plaintiff and Alicia D. Summerlin a/k/a Alicia Summerlin; Unknown Spouse of Alicia D. Summerlin a/k/a Alicia Summerlin; Midland Credit Management, Inc., are Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 15th day of June, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 12, BAYOU HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Street Address: 868 52nd Avenue South, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33705
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
