NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1st, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-009265-XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee for the registered holders of Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust 2005-1, Mortgage Backed Notes, is Plaintiff and Ivan N. Quinones, Karla P. Quinones, Trika S. Lovett surviving spouse of Antonio T. Lovett, deceased,Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., are Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 15th day of June, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block M, Cross Bayou Estates First Addition, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 51 through 53, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 8541 Jacaranda Avenue, Largo, FL 33777
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
