NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1st, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-380CI8 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for the registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-3, Renaissance Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Notes, Series 2005-3, is Plaintiff and Dolorita D. Cooper, are Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 15th day of June, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida: All that tract or parcel of land as Lot Forty(40) and Forty-One(41), Replat of Lots 13 to 67, inclusive of Hillside Terrace, according to plat recorded in Plat Book 23, at Page 24, Pinellas County records. Also, from a Point of Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot Forty-Four(44), Replat of Lots 13 to 67 (inclusive) of Hillside Terrace, as recorded in Plat Book 23, at Page 24, records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence run North 00 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds West 53 feet; thence Southwesterly in a straight line to the Southwest corner of Lot Forty-Five(45), to the Point of Beginning.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
