NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-7087CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-5 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5, is Plaintiff and Patrick J. Martin and Zorica Stanulova, Fountain Square Condominium Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
Novastar Mortgage, Inc., Corporation, are Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 25th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
