To Defendants VESSELA G. LYTLE and DAVID M. LYTLE and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 15, 2012, in Case No.: 11-008853-CI-019 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, in which Space Coast Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and VESSELA G. LYTLE, et al., are the Defendants and the Clerk shall offer for sale the following described real property located in Pinellas County:
Lots 154 and 155, Suniland No. 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page(s) 96, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on June 29, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
