NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11001680CI DIV. 11 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Kai Sonnenschein; Christina Sonnenschein, a/k/a Christine Sonnenschein; and Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 29, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 52, of Carriage Bay Unit Three, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page(s) 33 and 34, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
