NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-14703 CI13 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and BILL E. GROSCOST, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block A, EDEE ESTATES according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 67, Page 7, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
