YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, CRYSTAL BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 205, Building F, CRYSTAL BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 8683, Page 642, subsequently re-recorded in Official Records Book 8693, at Page 32, and as amended and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 115, Page 1 through 40, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2323 Feather Sound Drive, #F-205, Clearwater, FL 33762.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before June 25, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
