YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien for condominium assessments on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 212, Bldg. 4500, LAKE OVERLOOK CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, UNIT 1, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, pages 64 to 70, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 3331, pages 25 to 101, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to SHAWN G. BROWN, ESQ., of Lang & Brown, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 7990, St. Petersburg, FL 33734, on or before the 25 day of June, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
