Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 23, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 1, BAY BLUFFS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 3, IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7406 124TH ST, SEMINOLE, FL 33772; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 25, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
