NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2010, and entered in Case No. 08-007725-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB6, is Plaintiff and NANCY LAY, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 28th day of June, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, LOWELL REPLAT, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat Book 36, Page56, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2937 27th Avenue N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
