That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit 5, Building F, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of NORMANDY PARK CONDOMINIUM II, as recorded in O.R. Book 3106, Pages 709 thru 729, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 16 through 33, amended in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 29 through 33, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to file written defenses with the Clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication on Robert L. Tankel, the attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 1022 Main Street, Suite D, Dunedin, Florida, 34698, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
