NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004329, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23, is Plaintiff and JOSEPH G. BENTLEY; STEPHANIE BENTLEY; ANJA KNOTT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY A/K/A SOMCHAY PHOMMAUONXAY, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK C, TANGELO PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
