Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2008, and Order Rescheduling Sale dated May 18, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2007-CC-5365 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein RIVER CLUB HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JAMES ALLEN SMITH is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on the 20 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, Palmbrooke at River Club North, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 25 through 32, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
