NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-006947-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6thJudicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2005, FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-E, is Plaintiff and JEFFREY L. REGAN, MICHELE A. REGAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE MOST SOUTHERLY CORNER OF SAID TRACT 140, THE SAME BEING THE MOST SOUTHERLY CORNER OF SAID OSCEOLA HEIGHTS, UNIT EIGHT, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID TRACT 140, NORTH 84 DEGREES 47 MINUTES 50 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 62.91 FEET; THENCE NORTH 41 DEGREES 02 MINUTES 51 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 716.26 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STAR TRAIL AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF SAID OSCEOLA HEIGHTS, UNIT EIGHT; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID STAR TRAIL, SOUTH 39 DEGREES 15 MINUTES 48 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 164.62 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID TRACT 140; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID TRACT 140, SOUTH 50 DEGREES 44 MINUTES 12 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 661.15 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF OSCEOLA HEIGHTS, UNIT EIGHT.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
