NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010853WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, Plaintiff, and, DAMORE, RICHARD, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of June, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 875, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES - UNIT TWELVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 23 AND 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
