NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 11, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-012018-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Trust 2005-R8, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-R8, Plaintiff and Robert W. Jurgensen are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on June 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 105, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS (FORMERLY TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS), AS THE SAME AS NUMBERED AND SHOWN ON THE MAP OR PLAT OF THE TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS, AS THE SAME RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
