Carman; Unknown Spouse of Geneva L. Carman; Carpenters Run Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M., on June 07, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
