LOT 5, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IN RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 17, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 8011 HATHAWAY DRIVE, NEW PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA, 34654.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before June 25, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
