BOOK 708, PAGES 343-353, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 360356, AND AMENDED PLAT THEREOF FILED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 25, 26, AND 27, AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, ALL ON THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
