together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, appliances, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjuction therewith.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in Civil No. 512011CC-3282WS pending in the County Court of the sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida.
