UNIT 1-201, THE BELMONT AT RYALS CHASE, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in official Records Book 6561, Page 461, of the public records of Pasco County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on June 19th, 2012.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
