STIBBARD; SUNTRUST BANK; OAKSTEAD HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A HOLLY JACOBS; TENANT #2 N/K/A SCOTT JACOBS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on June 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
