NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2012, and entered in 51-2008-CA-011281(ES) of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and JAMES KANTNER; CHRISTA KANTNER; QUAIL RIDGE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 20, 2012 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, QUAIL RIDGE, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE(S) 125-128, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY
