NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2012, and entered in 51-2010-CA-009170ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, is the Plaintiff and RONALD L CARRICK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD L CARRICK N/K/A ANGELA CARRICK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST ½ OF LOTS 12, 13 AND 14, BLOCK 203, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AS THE SAME ARE NUMBERED AND SHOWN ON THE MAP OR PLAT OF THE TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
