NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-000457-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Citibank N.A., as Successor Trustee for the holders of MASTR Adjustable Mortgages Trust 2007-HF2 in a Securitization transaction pursuant to Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2007, Plaintiff and Alberto Mackliff and Victoria Mackliff a/k/a Victoria K. Mackliff are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 7, BALLANTRAE VILLAGE 2A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 33 THRU 46, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
