NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-000284-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-6, Plaintiff and Bonita Briscoe and Bruce Briscoe, Her Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 30, BUCKEYE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
