NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-000266ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC5, Plaintiff, and, TIMOTHY K. BOOTH A/K/A TIMOTHY BOOTH, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 6th day of August, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 19, BLOCK 1, HOMESTEADS OF SADDLEWOOD PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 134 THROUGH 143, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
