Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
A portion of the SW 1/4 of Section 1, Township 24 S, Range 16 E, Pasco County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the SE corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section 1, run thence N 0°29'18” E along the E line of said Section 1, a distance of 1410.83 feet; thence due W., 3292.86 feet for a Point of Beginning; from said Point of Beginning run thence due S., a distance of 569.09 feet; thence S. 52°05'34” W., 796.57 feet to a point on the Northeasterly right of way line of State Road 595 as it is now established; thence Northwesterly along the arc of a 2764.83 feet radius curve to the right along said Northeasterly right of way line, a distance of 366.77 feet to the P.T. of said curve, said arc being subtended by a 366.42 feet chord having a bearing of N.35°45'27” W.; from said P.T. run thence N. 31°57'26” W. along said Northeasterly right of way line a distance of 434.74 feet to the P.C. of a 1809.88 feet radius curve to the right; run thence Northwesterly along the arc on the said Northeasterly right of way line a distance of 371.74 feet, said arc being subtended by a 361.15 feet chord having a bearing of N 26°13'53” W., thence N 75°24'34” E., 271.10 feet; run thence due E. a distance of 970.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on June 14, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
