NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 22, 2009 in Civil Case No: 2008-CA-005864, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, JACKI ANN ELLIS; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; SUNSET CAY LAKES CONDOMINIUM 1500 ASSOCIATION; SUNSET CAY AT PORT OF THE ISLANDS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM, ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, located at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 AM on June 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1509, SUNSET CAY LAKES CONDOMINIUM 1500, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3111 , PAGES 1884 THROUGH 1949, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN ALL COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
