NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 112009CA0040000001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP Plaintiff, and, GUILLERMO FRIZZA, et. al, are Defendants, I will to the highest bidder for cash at the 1ST FLOOR ATRIUM OF THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, Naples, Florida 34112, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of June, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2, NAPLES MANOR ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 67 AND 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
