NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 10 day of May, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-CA-02039, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which S. CHARLES BENNETT, III; LEILANI D. BENNETT; MARK J. WOODWARD, AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 6, 2007; INVESTMENTS BY SUR, LLC n/k/a SUR AND ASSOCIATES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; JOSEPH A. CAPPELLO, JR., TRUSTEE OF THE CLC REVOCABLE TRUST OF 1995; EDWARD B. STEPHENS; PATRICIA A. STEPHENS; STEVE R. MURRAY; MICHAEL A. SCHILLACI; and UNKNOWN TENANT I N/K/A SANDRA LONTENTO, are the Defendants, and PORTOFINO AT PELICAN MARSH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 14 day of June, 2012, the following real property located in Collier County, Florida:
Site 3, PORTOFINO AT PELICAN MARSH, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 6 through 8 of the current Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
