NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11 2009 CA 009210, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM BOTERO, KATHLEEN BOTERO A/K/A KATHLEEN I. BOTERO; NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., NATIONAL CITY BANK, PROVIDENCE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 14 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 202, BUILDING 33, OF JULIANA VILLAGE 3A, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3167, PAGE 768, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUBJECT TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3167, PAGE 768, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
