NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2011, as modified by the certain Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Re-Schedule Foreclosure Sale dated on or about May 10, 2012, in the above styled cause of action, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the first floor Atrium, of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on June 11, 2012, the following described property as:
Parcel 3:
The West 75 feet of the East 180 feet of Tract #127, Golden Gate Estates, Unit #81, according to the Plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 5, Page 19 and 20 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
