Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-CC-02726 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 11 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 303, BUILDING 10, Lake Barrington 4A, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2755, Page 1667, of the Official Records of Collier County, Florida, subject to rules and regulations of the Declaration of Condominium recorded in the Official Records Book 2755, Page 1667, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
