NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2010 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002770 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005QS17 was the Plaintiff and VICTOR YEDRA, ET. AL. the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 14th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 105 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 94, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 68, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
