NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 28, 2010 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA 009207, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-4 is the Plaintiff, and, Arthur s. rubin; judith e. rubin; WILSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; JOHN DOE N/K/A DAVID REEDY; JANE DOE N/K/A DEBBIE REEDY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse ANNEX, First Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on June 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 14, WILSHIRE LAKES, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 24 THROUGH 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
