NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of May, 2012, and entered in 11-2010-CA-001291, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HUNTINGTON MORTGAGE GROUP A DIVISION OF THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff and KIMBERLY J BRUNNER, THE BLUE HERON OF NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND are defendants.The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 14 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSTED OF UNIT 13-105, THE BLUE HERON, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3305, PAGES 656 THROUGH 758, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
